Refund policy

To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we have outlined our return and refund policy as follows.


1. Cases Eligible for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged
  • There is a printing error
  • The received product is different from the order

If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Cases Not Eligible for Returns & Exchanges
Since all our products are custom-made (made-to-order), we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Customer’s reason (e.g., wrong size, change of mind, different from expectations)
  • Used items or items with removed tags or labels


3. Refund Policy
If a product is defective or incorrectly shipped, we will provide one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Full refund (including product cost + shipping fees)

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be completed.

4. Return Procedure
If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer support with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photos of the defective or incorrect product

After verification, we will proceed with the return or exchange process.
